Our limited lifetime warranty means that for as long as you have that window covering in that window which we installed it, it is covered. Most things we can repair right there on site, however if we need to take it down and bring in to the shop we will offer a temporary shade. If the problem is not a fault of materials or workmanship then it could cost a small service fee.

Yes, we do have a showroom where we can meet you by appointment. Being first a fabrication shop we do not maintain a full time employee there. We have found that while very useful sometimes, it is normally much more productive for our customers time to meet on site with samples.
